I had returned 2 pieces of merchandise, because the quality was poor for the price. I completed the merchandise return form for and exchange I rec'd a e-mail this morning stating they were shipping me the same Item I returned.

apparently they are not paying attention to the merchandise return form. Also to charge me $ 16.00 for shipping is

not acceptable.

I have ordered numerous merchandise from Justice, but I have also returned several items to the Salem, NH store.

I'm not going to accept this order an pay another shipping charge because of your error. Thank you m
