I ordered 4 pair of size 10 sweats in Dec6. 3 weeks later the box that finally arrived contained 2 pair of size 14 jeans.
Have been unsuccessful in reaching a rep for help. Have waited up to 45 minutes on phone just to be suddenly disconnected. Went to a Justice store for help- they said they could not.
My total loss at this point $67.96 and no sweats for my daughter on Christmas morning.
When waiting in phone justice offers another phone number to call for additional operators and extra help. The number immediately disconnects when called- and you also lose your place in line on regular customer service number
