Went to the store for a one-time purchase for a Niece for Xmas. Item was not in stock but Manager found it on their website, I placed the order and paid cash.

A week later I was informed order was cancelled. Called Customer Service was told item was discontinued and I would be mailed a gift card. Told them I wanted cash back, CS told me to return to store to receive cash. Drove 20 mins to store and could not get cash back.

The store now had my item in stock. Called CS again, was told gift card already sent, nothing else they could do. Next day got an e-mail that gift card just being sent.

The saga continues but you can see the complete lack of CS. I gave them cash, they had the item in stock and would not give it too me.

i am a phone rep for justice and i try my hardest to help a customer with whatever their issue is. i am apologetic and if i am able to help them i even offer 2 day shipping free of charge!

so you cannot blame the reps on the phone or in the store for the people what the warhouse dont do. personally i agree that the card charging issue an not receiving items is a problem and when i get problems like that i try to help as much as i am allowed too.

Actually, you cant blame the phone people for what the reps in store do. I used to work at Justice and they ALWAYS told cashiers not to accept cash when placing in-store orders.

The computer rings it up as a gift card because its not meant for cash transactions.

So when something goes wrong there would be no way for the phone people to see that you paid with cash. IDK take it up w/ instore management for not training their employees, and not giving you that expectation of not being able to receive cash refund.

Actually I currently work at Justice and we are capable of accepting any form of payment for an order. Certain forms of payment require a gift card as refund of the order is cancelled.

Once you receive the gift card, you can go in the store and have them give you back the original form of payment if you have the original receipt and proof your order was cancelled.

A manager has to do this. If they're not sure how to do it tell them to check their orpos book because it's listed in there.
