Ordered an ELECTRONIC gift card online and never received an email with the gift card. Called customer service and was on a 20 minute hold.

I finally hung up and called their corporate team to get their representative to tell me it takes 24 hours for their gift cards to be emailed. We live in an electronic world and you are telling me it takes them 24 hours to email a gift card???? This is a joke right? and no where on their order screen did it disclose this.

Wouldn’t it make sense to disclose this at the time of purchase?? I was told it’s in their FAQs....but who looks there before they order an item?? Worst experience ever but thankfully they cancelled my order right away.

Oh well their loss for not having an up to date system. I will spend my money elsewhere.
