Recieved wrong item

I ordered a bathing suit cover up and a pair of flip flops from Justice for girls website. I received the bathing suit cover up but not the flip flops. Instead of the flip flops there was a bathing suit in the package. I called customer service to get the item I purchased sent to me. The person on the phone said they would not send me the flip flops until they received the bathing suit. I was blown away. They messed up by sending me the wrong item and would not make it right. I said to the man on the phone please send me the flip flops right away and I would send the bathing suit back. He said they couldn't until they received the bathing suit. The phone call ended with no resolve. I will absolutely under no circumstances shop with them again.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and here is why , tried to order a large order online and it kept saying card wasn't authorized to be used so i would try a different one b /c first off all cards were fine so I think just an error on their part we'll 4 cards 3 of the cards were all charged and one card was charged 4 times all different amounts not sure why then when I call the woman tells me oh they will fall off was so unhelpful then told me the order didn't even go thru it did I have an order number and a email where they tell me I will get another email when it delivers. Now after I have been on hold for over 45 mins because there is only 1 supervisor still nothing resolved and now they just hung up on me

The answer that you received was standard for almost any business. You can't expect a company to do anything for you as long as you have some of their merchandise that you haven't paid for. You don't have any reason to say they wouldn't make it right, because they did offer to do so, you just wouldn't co-operate.

Justice For Girls - Manager Review from Austin, Texas

I purchased 3weeks ago in willow bend store . Today 5/23/2014 went back to return items and the manager. Short lady and blond hair didnt want to give me cash for the return because I didn't have the credit card with wnich I made the original purchase. The return policy said that customer won't get cash for returns without original receipt. I explained her that I do have the original receipt and I had to cancel my credit card because somebody use my credit card to buy online 2 days after I shop there. They used a boucher to charge my credit card last time I was there because their system didn't work. Today the manager was rude , she refused to give me my cash back, she was angry because I told her what happened with my credit card and walk away from me not letting me finish talking. Be carefull there. I had been shopping there for 10years and never had this horrible experience. I will never come back to Justice in Willow bend!!

What store gives you cash back for paying with a credit card? Not many.

Your sob story isn't our fault so don't come crying to us that you had to cancel your credit card because it's not our problem. The employee was probably just fed up because we get people like you all time coming in and returning something and giving us some sob story that you do not have the card that you payed with and demanding cash back when it is against company policy.

Review about Broken Item from Amherst, Wisconsin

Quality is lacking. Returned broken item an never received confirmation that they received it or a credit on my credit card. After call customer service I found out that INSTEAD of crediting the credit card they credited a gift card that was used which was thrown away because we used the entire balance. OMG....no communication and put on a gift card that no longer exist. If they didn't ship broken and and pre worn items (we received dirty sandals with toe prints in them) we wouldn't have to return items. NEVER buy online...only go the store. The website and fulfillment center are essentially worthless. I will be more than pleased when my daughter grows out of the tacky neon color phase so I never have to shop here again!

Christmas Order

I placed an order for 12 items on December 7, 2013 (Christmas presents for my dd)....received order confirmation email. On 12/18/13 received email that 7 of the items shipped along with a tracking number. Was unable to track my package with tracking # provided. After 10 business days I still had not received my order (I was charged $20 for shipping, what a joke). Emailed customer service and never received a response. Called customer service and was told that they would need to redo the order because original order was lost. Upon trying to redo my order with the rep some of items order were now no longer available, replaced order with rep was told items would be shipped two day service, invoice I received with order had all zero's for price of items. After Christmas I sent back 5 items 2 of which were jeans that I wanted to exchange for another size. Received confirmation email that they received my returned merchandise. Emailed them on January 22, 2014 to see if jeans I was exchanging had shipped, they replied stating they have already shipped out. I only received 1 of the 2 pair of jeans. I emailed them to let them know I was missing a pair of jeans and they replied "We would be more than happy to assist you. However we would need more information to properly assist you. Such as the item number and size you did not receive" I replied with order #'s, no reply, emailed them again and finally they replied back on March 20, 2014 with "Thank you for contacting Justice regarding the status of your recent Justice order. Please contact us by phone so that we may provide further assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience". Then in March they mail me an apology for the shopping experience and a $25 off w/free shipping on top of your 50% off purchase (I WILL NOT BE USING THIS, NEVER BUYING FROM JUSTICE FOR GIRLS AGAIN, not online and not from a store...I'm done) TO THIS DAY (April 5, 2014 I still have not received the 2nd pair of jeans I was trying to exchange.

Beware of Justice.com

I have 3 young girls and spend hundreds of dollars every month at Justice. We have store near us in Auburn Hills Michigan and my experiences there are always wonderful.

All the employees are very helpful and have great customer service. I receive emails from justice almost everyday with current sales etc... Today I decided to order online. When I tried to check out, the system will not let me proceed.

It will not accept my email as a current customer (even though they are emailing me to that address daily). The only other option is register as a new customer (they do not allow you to check out as a guest). The system will not proceed past the first page where I have to enter an email address. It keeps prompting "please enter a valid email address".

After calling customer service, an very unfriendly Tasha informed me that my email address must already be in the system and therefore I cannot register it again. But when I enter my address as an existing customer it says its not recognized? Tasha says the only thing I can do is order over the phone (I have more than 15 items in my cart and have to read them to her item by item - what a waste of my time! and would have to do so in the future for all online orders).

Or I will have to open an new email account and use that new email address to register on their sight. Seriously! I have to create a new email address just to order from them! How *** is that.

I argued with her and asked to speak with someone else. She refused saying no one could help me either. I told her to forget it, did not place my order, and will never order from them again. I've never experienced such horrible customer service and do not for 1 second believe something on my account cannot be reset.

This is 2014!

If I had access to their code I could probably figure out how to fix it myself.

From now I will stick with gymboree and gap kids...they have awesome customer service.

Why are people being snotty to this woman , who posted a legitimate review about the absolute terrible customer service at Justice? The customer service rep sounds like she was rude & lazy , which I have personally experienced myself a few times while trying to deal with this company.

Justice is such an absolute scam , I don't even know where to begin. I don't know how this company remains in buisness. This site is called pissed consumer, so that's exactly what your going to see if you come on here.

Also I really don't think it is ANYBODYS buisness how many clothes this woman buys her daughters every month. Mind your buisness & stick to the complaint submitted about the company.

Guest

She called a customer service line and they should have been able to help her or at least tell her how. not tell her that it can't be done you can't talk to anyone else that's crazy

Guest

So because you are not good with computers they are in the wrong. I agree with the other poster, don't get pushed out of shape for it. I just hope you did not take your anger out on your daughters.

GROW UP, you are an adult not a child.

Guest

I have that happen to me at various sites, once in a while. But I don't get pushed out shape about it.

I have much more important things to get upset about.

First of all why do your daughters need so many clothes every month? Basically you are spoiling them rotten.

Tried to Charge twice for shipping

My daughter received a gift card for Justice. She found two item on line that we ordered. With tax and shipping, there was only a few cents left on the card. We placed the order. A few days later, I get an email saying I need to call customer service. I make the call. I'm told the two items need to be shipped individually as one is currently in stock and the other is not. Ok, that happens. Then I'm told I need to give them a credit card number to ship the second item. Because they are shipping the items separately, they want me to pay shipping twice. What?? They want me to pay double shipping because one item they list on line is not in stock? No way. They won't budge on demanding a credit card number, so I decide to cancel the order. I'm told that's fine, but I won't be getting any money or credit back. What?? I'm told they can't put credit back on a gift card, so my daughter has lost both her items and her gift card. I ask to speak to a supervisor. After being on hold over five minutes, I'm told they will "do me a favor once and only once" and not charge me double shipping. Wow - this has SCAM written all over it.

This is untrue. For one Justice Customer Service does not call their customers to let them know an item has cancelled off their order. For two they NEVER charge twice for shipping, and for three any amount can be reapplied to a gift card as long as its a legit refund!

Order placed 11/22, it's 12/21, still no items!

I was a valued Justice customer until today. I placed an order on 11/22/13 and I received an email on 11/24/13, stating my order was shipped on 11/23/13 and I was given a tracking number. When I tried to track this item, through the Fedex system, the number showed only a tracking number was initiated at 5:10am on 11/24/13 and no further information. I contacted their customer service department and after being on hold for 45 minutes, I was told if I didn't receive my order by the next day, which was Friday 12/6/13 call back and their company would send a replacement order because of a 10 day rule for not receiving packages. During this time I also sent an email 12/5/13 @ 8:16 pm to Justice.

I called back on Friday 12/6/13 and was on hold for over 30 minutes and was still unable to speak to someone regarding my order. I called back Saturday morning, and finally spoke to someone after being on hold for 56 minutes! I explained my situation regarding my order and she was NO HELP at all, so I requested to speak to a manager. The customer service rep told me the manager was busy, so I then ask to speak to a supervisor; instead of me speaking to a manager/supervisor, my call was put back into the call que and I was placed on hold for another 20 minutes before I hung up the call.

I called back on 12/9/13 and spoke to someone from Justice who informed me, a request to have my order reshipped was sent for a managers approval. I also received an email on 12/11/13 at 2:55pm, a response to my email sent on 12/5/13, with the following message: "Thank you for contacting Justice regarding the status of your recent Justice order. I do show this order has been sent up for a replacement and is awaiting approval. I do apologize for the delay."

On 12/12/13 at 5:02, I received an email from Justice with an order number, to include a list of half of the items I ordered on 11/22/13 and it stated I would receive another email when the order was shipped, to include a tracking number. According to the email, the reported payment was made through gift cards. I was under the impression, since their company couldn't locate my order and for the inconvenience of not getting my order, Justice shipped these items for free and paid with gift cards. The payment section listed "gift cards" and my balance was $0.00 for 9 items compared to my original 19 items that I ordered from their company on 11/22/13.

On 12/16/13, I tried calling their customer service department at 186********, to inquire about my order, but their phone systems were not working. I tried for several days but their phone systems were still not working properly. I sent an email 12/16/13 at 1:23pm, regarding my order and I received the following response on 12/19/13 at 7:51pm: " Dear Valued customer, thanks for the email! Due to the busy holiday season, we're receiving a higher volume of messages than usual. Please know that your email is important to us and we'll respond as soon as possible."

After I received this email on 12/19/13, I tried to contact customer service again regarding my order but their phone systems were still not working! I finally got through to a customer service rep on 12/20/13, after waiting for over an hour! When I was speaking to a gentleman, I was able to give him, my name and tracking number and the call was disconnected! I tried calling back but again the phone lines were not working!

Around 8:30pm on 12/20/13, I received the following email from Shaquan "Thank you for contacting Justice regarding your order.

"We have reviewed your order. At this time we are unable to verify the billing information submitted on this order and therefore this order was cancelled. If you wish to place a new order we suggest you call our customer service department to verify your billing information prior to placing a new orders."

Are you serious?! After all of this confusion, they are now telling me I need to place a NEW order!!!!!!! I can tell you I will NEVER place another order with their company!!! I placed an order last month for my daughters Christmas gifts to make sure I had them before the holiday and now I have nothing because of the negligence and lack of concern for my order. It's unfortunate, Justice does not value their customers, actions definitely speak louder than words because they have a faulty phone system, pseudo tracking numbers and customer service reps who lack the necessary training to handle inquires about orders.

I was a frequent customer, who always shopped in Justice and online for my daughter, until today! They have lost my patronage and I will make sure I notify the necessary chain of command regarding my experience with Justice, to include the Better Business Bureau!

Have a good day.

Horrible experience.

Absolutely horrible experience. Tried to order an outfit online- the website never gave a confirmation number or emailed a confirmation but they charged the credit card three times. Took over an hour to clear it up on the phone with the bank and Justice. After all of that, tried to order the outfit again and Justice would not give us the sale price even though we tried to order it DURING the sale and they charged us 3 times during the sale. I will NEVER deal with them again. It's the blind leading the blind and they are shady shady shady.

Several time i have come in to find we are standing in a long line

Managers are present but are not helping. They are gabbing on the floor while other customers are yelling and angry at the poor girl on the register that's not getting any help. This happens all the time. Once the girl kept asking for help and the manager never came out of the back so I asked to use the bathroom just to see why she was being ignored. As I went back there the Manager was sitting playing on her phone and get this watching a movie of all things. Also while was back there I noticed you had an safty issue, there was no caution tape around your racks that stick out for some one to trip and fall on. This was the Tempe Marketplace location by the way.

Overpriced and Not Good Quality. Inappropriate for the age group.

Not pleased at all with this store. Took my 6 year old daughter in because it's all the rage with her age group.

As soon as I walked in, I think some of the clothes are okay, but other clothes are all about "I love Justin Bieber" and such. And I don't think that clothes for this age group should be showing "I love Justin Bieber" because of the fact that little girls shouldn't have a love like this yet for a famous person and in case you didn't know, Justin Bieber is a bad role model for young girls. Also, the clothes are very overpriced for what you get. I bought a jean skirt and it shrunk the moment I stuck it in the wash.

My daughter didn't wear it once.

Also, the shirts I did buy her were $30 for a shirt that had a cat on the front saying "I love kittens." that's not reasonable. Very disappointed with this company.

I also think the clothes in this store are of poor quality and super overpriced. Penny's has much better clothes at a better price !!!!

They want $32 for a simple T-shirt with some flashy sequins on it.

Everything is $30 or more and the quality is very poor.

I don't know who shops there. Its outrageous!!!!!

Courtnie Vei

The stuff was overpriced and inappropriate so you bought some of it. Makes perfect sense.

Order was messed up twice

I placed an order in November for items for my two granddaughters for Christmas. When I received my order two of the items that I had ordered were sent in a size twenty but I had ordered all of the clothing in size 10. Also, I ordered two gift cards in $25 denomination but both were sent in $20 denomination. I order items online all the time & I don't believe that I would have made the same mistake on two pairs of pants & the very same mistake on the gift cards. I returned the two pairs of pants for an EXCHANGE but when the return was received I was sent an e-mail saying that I had been given a refund. So I called to find out what was going on. (Had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes---they either have a lot of problems or they just do that so that people will give up & hang up, or maybe both). The lady that I spoke with re-ordered my items, sent them free & included a $25 gift card. Everything is great, right? WRONG!! On the same day I received duplicate shipments (minus the gift card) and was charged for the second one. Again I call and this time I wait 30 minutes. After talking with a representative I finally asked to talk to a supervisor. I just wanted to tell her about the long wait times on hold, the same song playing the whole time and the major cluster that they had made of my order. Instead she gets rude with me and acts like the whole problem is mine and that I am ***. I finally told her off and hung up. I am so disgusted with the practices of this company that I will never shop there again. My granddaughters will just have to find a new favorite store. This store's customer service is horrible!!!

Justice romoved items from my order after I paid

I placed an order for three items on dec21 a few moments later I received a order conformation email with all three items listed. About a day later I received a shipping conformation which only had 2 of the items my card was charged for. I then contacted customer service an the lady told me my third item was no longer in stock so that's the reason it wasn't being shipped. How could justice as a company allow something to be ordered an charged for to just be taken away with no prior notification. I will no longer be doing business with this company. Its the holidays an I'm unsatisfied with this terrible service I was provided. Its no excuse for this an it was rude an uncaring for you all to not inform me on a change that was clearly the company justice fault.

Worst Experience Ever

This store/chain exploits the friends and families of little girls. They have horrible customer service and bank on people just giving up. Here's my story in bullet list form: Niece wants Justice item for Xmas. I go online with my wife and pick something cool on December 14th. Get email conformation of sale, expected delivery december23rd. Sometime around the 20th I go to check the tracking number. I notice in email from justice, that there is no tracking number. I call the 800 number but give up after being on hold for 30min. Next day I try calling again just to get an update, again I give upafter 30 minutes. 22nd, getting a little nervous I have info about the item. I call again, this time after about 15 minutes the Justice message says they have opened up new phone lines to deal with customer service. I reluctantly get off after being on hold- don't trust them - but hoping this would help. Call the number and get a busy signal. Try a bunch more times, nothing but busy. 23rd goes by. Nothing arrives. Morning of 24th I wake up early and call them from bed. After about 40 minutes I get through.I proceed to ask when my item will arrive. She looks up item and says "oh that's not arriving, the order was canceled we are out of that item."What???When were you going to tell me? Oh we don't often send out those messages by email. So on Xmas eve this joke of a company left us high and dry. Thanks.
