Price in store different then online

I tried to go by these two shirts today because I got a email about the 2/20 deal and I picked up these same shirts and they gave me the price and I asked it they were both on sale she said the blue one is I said the other one is online I showed her and she asked her manger I'm guessing and she said they are different in store and online this has never been like this before and the email says in store or online I know sometimes u have online sales but this was not a online sale u can look up my number and I spend to much money with u for them not to sell me the shirt that was online

I spend alot of money here. The manger rung me out none of my coupons went through and i didnt know till after i paid. I returned everything and did it myself online. I never got my money back from the return ( on my credit card) now i paid 300 dollars on 150 dollars worth of stuff. This is not the first time this happened to me either.

Worst online customer service experience ever! I was place on hold for over an hour and still did not get through to anyone. I even took a screenshot of that call to send into them. When I decided to call back later that day, I spoke to a rep who was was able to provide any real assistance. After placing me on hold, she got back on only to disconnect our call. On a related note, I sent an email which was supposed to be responded to within 48 hours. It took someone over a week to get back to me. Good luck getting anybody to help you if you have an issue! I will never shop here again. Justice obviously does not care about their customers.

I had recently left something at the store that I had purchased brand new and called as soon as I realized I had done this. The employee I talked to said they had it there and I could come pick it up at my convenience. I told her I couldn't make it that day, but would be in to pick it up the next day. She said that was fine. I went into the store to pick it up ther next day and the sales clerk looked around behind the counter and told me she couldn't find it. I told her that I had called yesterday and was told it was there. She took my name and number and said she would have a manager call. I waited 3 days and no one ever called. I went back into the store and told them I hadn't heard back from anyone and the employees looked again everywhere and again said they couldn't find it. They said they would have a manager call. Again I waited 3-4 days, and again no phone call. This happened 2 more times. I was really mad the last time I went in. I got the same run around. I am going to call the corporate office and see if someone higher up will get this taken care of. They need to reimburse me for the item that I was told had been there waiting for me. Not happy with this store!

Justice Face masks

My 11 year old daughter and her friend were having a sleepover, they wanted to go to justice to get something to do when a lady at the front desk desk suggested face masks. The girls came home and tried them on, they were free of any of the cautions on the back of the masks.

After 15 minutes the time that was suggested, they washed the mask off and their faces looked orange and tan. I don't know why this occured to them, I was supervising these girls and we did nothing wrong.

Luckily, I am a Dermatologist and I but I still couldn't understand what was wrong. They woke up the next morning looking back to normal, I don't recommend them because it could leave to further more damages to the skin.

That’s crazy the same thing happened to my sisters kids. They had to go to the ER because one is alerting to penny bitter and the mask claimed to be free of it but it was not. Still today we are trying to close justice because of their dishonesty.

The same thing happened to my two daughters. We went to the 24 hour clinic and they said that this product caused skin burns.

The doctor said to wash their faces with cold water and soap.

The next day most of the burn was gone. I would not suggest this product, it could cause skin burns.

That is so crazy the same exact thing happened to my sisters kids. They also went to the 24 hour clinic and they said that it does cause burns and they are in process of fining justice for their unhealthy skin cosmetics. Luckily my husband is an attorney and almost 2 years later he is still trying to convict justice for being dishonest.

Free Unicorn Pom

We received an advertisement in the mail on February 5th within an hour we went to our local Justice store where we were informed that they had run out of the free unicorn Pom. The sales associate did take joy in informing me and my daughter that she had gotten one and it was “super cute”.

If they are already gone why did we receive something in the mail saying it was available.

Yes! This happened to me as well.

My post office actually delivered the mailer early, and I was in the store on February 5 - the "first" day of the promotion. I was told the unicorn poms were gone three weeks ago!

Yes I had gotten the same coupon & they ran out of them the day that I had got the coupon. I went to the store & they told me that they ran out of them.

I never got one.

I feel the same way if they ran out of them why do then send these out. Is there a way that I can get one?

Poor excuse for a manager

I wanted to return a blow up chair simply bc my daughter could not sit it without sliding out of it. She said it was very unconfortable. We tried to get all of the air out of it in order to get it back into the small box that it came in. We failed to get it back into the box so we carried it along with the box to return or exchange for something else. As we walked into the store obviously the manager saw us and started to mumble under her breath and roll her eyes to another employee. When i approached the manager i told her that we would like to return the chair and look for something else. She grabbed she chair and said "um couldnt you get it back into the box and ewwww there is a hair on it" (my daughter who has long hair had carried it in and as you all know in the winter there is static like crazy so omg one of her hairs got on it!). She then wanted to argue that there is a seat in it so why cant she sit in it. She wanted to argue about this in front of my daughter! (which made her feel bad and sorry for even trying to return it). The manager went on to say "well if you cant get this back into the box then im not returning it. Maybe if you can get a shop vac you can get all of the air out and bring it back". So i said "Your meaning to tel me that you will not return it unless its completely back in the box?" She said "yeah" . So now my blood is boiling. My daughter has gift cards and justice bucks to spend and she doesnt even want to look around bc she said that lady is being rude to her mom. Soooo i went over and laid that chair out on the floor (customers all around) and decided ya know what im getting this back in the box! I pushed and tugged and sat on the thing until all air was out. Folded it up and handed it to her and said"here i want a refund". She said "ok" and snatched it from me. Now why are you gonna make a customer sit in the floor to put back a *** product back into a box when you have 3 other employees standing around not doing a thing?!! The decent thing to do would be to say "ok maam no worries i will or have an employee get this back in the box." But noooo i had to go thru all of that just to get a refund. She is a very poor excuse for a manager and how dare her embaress me and my daughter that way when we have spent so much money in this store! Will not go back and i will report it to corporate office! Oh and when i walked out i said "Oh and what was your name?". She said "its on the receipt. Look on there.". I hate this store.

When I walked into this store, I was very displeased to how florescent, and how weird it smelled. My daughter walked around and found some piece of useless stuff she will never use!

And, it was extremely over priced. The people working there were too aggressive, and tried to shove everything down my throat. They think that they are giving you a "deal" it is absolutely not!! If you do use their deals you will end up spending a bunch of money.

My daughter liked their glittery clothing, and their athletic wear but it just gets ruined in a wash.

If your child is like mine, just go shop somewhere else! Bottom line; don't shop here.

My daughter has been begging me to shop at Justice. She loves the clothes. I received a mailer this week, advertising for a free unicorn pom if I'd download an app. My daughter was ecstatic. Please, mom. Please. Okay. I downloaded the app, and headed over to my nearest Justice, hoping to surprise my daughter that night with a unicorn pom & an offer to go shopping. No luck. The store said they received "a few unicorn poms three weeks ago" - and they were all gone. I was disappointed, and told them I had just received the mailer the day before. "Sorry." When I went home, I found my mailer: "Postmaster: Please deliver between February 5-8, 2018." So. I received a mailer a day earlier than I was supposed to, went to the store on the FIRST day of the 'New Download Exclusive'...and was told the item was already given away three weeks ago. Forgive me, but I'm a little upset. Because I had to tell my child that there was never any chance she was getting that unicorn pom. I just need to know if I can expect this kind of thing. Because, if so, I need to intercept all mail & steer her clear of this store. I have no interest in repeatedly seeing her disappointed face over the next eight years.

I really was never pissed, as I just wanted to get gift cards for twins, granddaughters... anything from Justice is the best. Nana here was just having a little trouble checking out, I did not understand We love Justice more than ever, my daughter was invited to after hours shopping Sunday, she won raffle and Nana's gift cards put to good use.
