Resolved: Major shipping delays
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
The second time a man answered that read me a script and asked if I wished to cancel my order. I said no, but he explained that due to the recent sales they have a back log in the warehouse, ok no big deal. It wasnt until today that I noticed reviews for the same issues dating back to 2020!
In 3 years you havent been able to correct your warehouse back log. Im not hopeful Ill ever receive this order or the $150 I spent.

I placed an Order for both my 12 year old daughter and my 7 year old daughter so I could get them school clothes before school started. I even paid a good amount extra to have it expedited and delivered quicker.
My order hasn't shipped out and "I CAN NOT REACH ANYONE OVER THE PHONE". The customer svc # is 866-246-**** or 855-655-****. They said due to high demands, they have turned off the phones and will not be taking calls. You have to email them solely.
This is *** Justice was never like this before they went out of business and since coming back the customer service is -1 stars. Something need to be done to rectify this problem. When I emailed them, they can't even give me a date of when my order will ship. I'm so pissed off about this.
I'm about to cancel my order and never shop here again. Justice is putting a bad taste in their customer mouths and if they keep doing this, they will surely go bankrupt again.
